Epsilon was founded in 2012 by Mr. Howie Low, a US-Graduate Mechanical Engineer from Malaysia with over 20 years of experience in various roles within the manufacturing & precision machining industry.
After seeing the frustration and challenges customers face when dealing with offshore suppliers, Howie decided that he could start up his own shop that could help customers to overcome all the obstacles, ranging from quality control issues to cultural and linguistic barriers.
